Warranty Commitment

Krimcode is committed to provide the best quality for an outstanding customer experience. Therefore, a Krimcode warranty will cover defective workmanship and materials. If a replacement for a damaged product is no longer available, Krimcode will try to replace it with a similar product of equal value. Krimcode’s warranty does not cover day-to-day wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse of Krimcode products.

Moreover, Krimcode does not cover theft or loss to personal property, nor compensation for products purchased from non-authorized retailers, stores or online. Once the warranty form has been submitted online, we will process your case within 3 working days.
